Happy Easter

We helped bring the items for the Easter Garden to the church. We got to see the locally sourced piece of bog wood that is the new addition to our Easter Garden. Miss Griffin's Dad explained to us that it is very old. Each way we looked at it, we could see different features in it. Some saw a bird, others a dragon, and even a crocodile. We are very proud to have it in our church.

Ms Readathon

Well Done to all the children that took part in the Ms Readathon last October. In assembly on the day of the Easter holidays they received their certificates and prizes.

World Book Day Celebrations 2013

Today was World Book Day. It was a huge success  We all dressed up as our favourite book character. We also brought in books to borrow or to exchange with our friends. In the morning we made monster bookmarks. After break we joined up with the rest of the school to show our costumes and talk about our favourite book. In the afternoon we had an opportunity to swop our books and have some quiet reading time.
